We are currently seeking an Accounting Associate to assist with a variety of administrative support duties in our Accounting Department.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working independently and is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and open to cross-training of other Accounting positions.

Job responsibilities include:
Manage customer vehicle maintenance program including liaison between corporate customer and their franchisees, processing reimbursement requests, maintaining vehicle service records.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
Work with Logistics Manager on department payroll, vehicle delivery schedule, and reconciling driver expenditures.
Accounting Department data entry tasks.
Miscellaneous clerical duties including filing and reception back-up.
Work on Accounting projects that vary throughout the year.
Provide back-up phone coverage to Receptionist.
Requirements:
Candidates should have these qualifications:
5 years of related work experience.
Cloud-based document scanning software or similar experience.
Basic Accounting knowledge required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Comfortable interacting with customers.
Professional and positive attitude.
Detail oriented and accuracy in data recording.
