Financial Analyst

This newly created role will work with Finance, other Functional Teams, and IT to drive continuous improvement and automation both within Finance and for Cross Functional team initiatives.
They will work to ensure Finance and the wider business fully utilize the capabilities of Microsoft AX, One Stream and other key tools.
In this role the Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible not only for the day-to-day management of key systems but a key project member of the team to upgrade to Microsoft D365.
Responsibilities Finance Core team member for the Microsoft D365 upgrade project Functional Expert and first line support of Finance Owned Modules in Microsoft D365 Finance Coordinator for systems driven continuous improvement including streamlining or automating routine Finance tasks, increasing leverage of system functionality, and working on cross functional initiatives.
Support utilization of the Finance Reporting System One Stream and Other key analysis tools Support External Audit System data requests Any other duties as may be reasonably required.
Required Skills/Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Required Experienced Financial Systems Analyst with a proven track record Up to 5 years of experience in financial accounting required CPA or other External or Internal Audit experience preferred Manufacturing experience is essential and required Accurate with a high attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft AX – D365 a Plus Intermediate/Advanced excel skills Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders and functional partners Excellent time management skills / multi-tasking
