Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and tax preparation.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and 10-key typing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
