*The Position*
This position is an in office position located in our Pleasant Prairie, WI office.
This position is responsible for collecting the information needed and preparing the financial statements for clients in a timely fashion.
Success of this position is measured by client retention and client satisfaction.
*What you will do*
o Understand internal and client software systems, such as Quickbooks Desktop and Online, and Microsoft Office
o Understand client's POS systems and operations
o Reconcile balance sheet accounts including bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
o Prepare and review income statements
o Maintain client workpapers up to date
o Provide high level of support to the internal staff
o Track the status of deliverables and communicate to the team on a routine basis
o Provide appropriate customer service to internal and external clients
o Recognize opportunities for growth within the company and communicate ideas to Accounting Supervisor
o Manage a client workload of up to 30 clients
o Other duties as assigned
*Required Qualifications*
o Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred or equivalent experience of 3+ years
o Ability to handle numerous responsibilities and meet deadlines as required
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups & Pivot Tables)

Pay: $55,000.
