Plenty of parking space and large yard.
Must be experienced with cats.
Above basic hygiene is required.
All utilities included.
$985 a month.
Cash is fine.
First month up front in full though.
No credit checks, background check for $35.
Minimum stay of 6 months.
Again, must be cat friendly with all that entails.
