Rehoming sick green anole (free) (Grayslake)

I have a sick green anole, I believe it is a female.
We had her for about a year and I am moving so I can no longer take care of her.
She is sick though, she has an infection on her eye and we have been hand feeding her crickets for the past couple months.
No charge for the anole, just tryna get someone who can take better care of her.
Also trying to sell the equipment we have.
We have a 20 gallon vertical tank, a lamp with bulb, a humidifier/fogger and a zoo med environmental control center.
Asking for $175 for all equipment but can sell individually.
