Seymour Duncans, Roller Nut, Sperzel locking tuners and comfort! - $490

This is a rare find! My husband used a Cort S2900 for this project because they came loaded with high-end parts and features.
These electric guitars were sold exclusively in 1999 and 2000 only! Cort made many major brands such as PRS SE Silver Sky, Ibanez, Special Release Fenders, and many others.
Cort ownes Cor-Tek which is a major manufacturer of guitars for other major-label brands.
Look at the back of the headstock on PRS SE Silver Sky guitars and you will see "MADE BY COR-TEK (thats Cort).
" This guitar was Cort going all-out with high-end parts and quality.
They came STOCK with: 3 Seymour Duncan pickups Sperzel Trim-Lock tuners Gold metal roller-nut Gold Wilkinson tremelo bridge with a large brass block Full size push-pull pots Cloth covered wiring And MORE! And TONS of time customizing the finish, make this a one of a kind guitar! Comfort carved for hours of play.
If you are able to find one of these stock they sell for more than what my husband is selling this one for.
This one has been hand-finished and many hours of work were put into the custom body.
First the body was stripped to bare wood.
Every sharp body line was softened for playing comfort.
Then the body was flamed to add a dark color.
The body was then hand-sanded to add every line and highlight.
3 colors of stain were used to add contrast.
Approximately 20 coats of Poly-Crylic were hand rubbed to protect the body and add dimension.
The result was a body you can "feel.
" You can run your hand down the body and feel the texture of the pattern.
It doesn't feel "plastic" and plain.
My husband owns many guitars, and this one is by-far the one people ask about the most.
This is the first time he considered selling it.
