*This position will be training with our Training Store Manager until a location in the surrounding area becomes available.

The Store Manager has the ultimate responsibility of the entire store operation.
This includes staffing, employee relations, daily operations, and ensuring financial outcomes.
What you’ll do as a Store Manager:
· Support company programs, values, and initiatives
· Drive sales and profitability
· Lead by example in all aspects of store operations
· Project a positive attitude and promote a friendly, team-oriented work environment
· Build and maintain a cohesive and outstanding team
· Accept responsibility for store operations and monitor financials
