Kiddie Academy is looking for a FUN and Experienced PRESCHOOL TEACHER!.
The desired candidate must have a love for children, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for teaching.
Candidate must have the following educational requirements; Child Development Certificate (CDA), Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree or 60 college credits including 6 ECE.

Responsibilities:
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children.
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines for childcare centers.
Skills:
Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet educational objectives.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on their level.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students.
Strong organizational skills for planning and implementing daily activities.
