Insurance defense litigation firm seeks associate attorney.
Areas of practice include products liability, premises liability, construction negligence and general tort and commercial matters.
Ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing dispositive motions and assisting in trial preparation.
Salary commensurate with experience.
We are looking for an Illinois licensed attorney with at least one year of experience in civil litigation, including preparing and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions and preparing matters for trial.
