*Role Description*
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in various legal matters in court.
The role will be primarily based in our Waukegan or Round Lake Beach office, but there is flexibility for some remote work.

* Strong knowledge of Law
* Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
* Negotiation skills
* Trial experience
Additionally, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
* Experience in the legal field is preferred
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
* Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois
* Ability to build relationships
