There is not a Ladder but does Include the 2 Single “Like New” Verlo Mattresses shown in the pictures.
One owner home only used when grandkids came over from out of state: less than a dozen times.
No stains or rips on the mattresses.
The Only issue is the long board that is the separate safety railing has a piece broken off one side, however this piece is not needed for any part of the bed structure and only used as a guard railing if needed.
