Hisense 55" 4K Roku TV LED *Broken but fixable* (Racine)

TV turns on for a second and turns off in a cycle, exactly as seen in the linked YouTube repair video below.
Needs one or two capacitors replaced on the main board.
Those usually cost a few dollars or less.
Excellent condition otherwise.
*No remote.
Any Roku or unbranded Roku remote on Amazon will work.
There are controls on the TV so you don't need a remote to fix or operate it.
Willing to meet in public or deliver to you in the area.
Just trying to keep it out of a landfill.
Stupid to 'recycle' it when it can be fixed for under $10.
