The Child Development Center located withing RCOC is a well-respected child care center in Racine, serving (caring for, educating, working with, etc.
) both typically developing and special needs children ages 0 weeks through 14 years.
We are dedicated to meeting every child at their developmental level through play, while meeting the family's needs by connecting them to community resources.

Duties
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting the health and safety needs of all students
- Ongoing observations, portfolios and assessments
- Establishing and maintaining positive child and parent communications
Requirements
We are looking for a passionate person with:
- Registry Level 7 or higher (preferred, but willing to train)
- Assistant and Lead Child Care Teacher certification, or willing to complete within 6 weeks
- Availability to work 11:30-5:30 Monday through Friday (2 positions available) OR 8:30-2:30 Monday through Friday (one position available)
