*Customer Relation Specialist / Customer Support *
*Location: Mount Pleasant, WI*
*Project Duration: 3 Months Contract*
*\*\* We are looking for candidates who have strong experience in Excel, and who has knowledge /working experience using Oracle systems\*\**
We are looking for a customer focused individual that has a strong attention to detail and problem solving skills to help serve external and internal customers.
This individual will work directly with Customers and third party Sales Representatives.
Top 3 skills MUST have:
*Customer Focus, Oracle and Microsoft Excel*
Years of experience required: *2*
Computer knowledge required to perform duties:
* Working knowledge/experience of Oracle Order management systems.
(experience using Oracle will do)
* Knowledge of Google systems
Knowledge, Skills and Ability required:
* Customer Focus - minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales organization environment with strong attention to detail and customer focus.
* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal including active listening and diplomacy required.
* Resourcefulness - ability to handle pressure situations and problem resolution autonomously
* Basic to Intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills
* Nimble learning - ability to quickly learn new operating systems
* Excellent phone skills required
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
Pull reporting of each of our discontinued Legacy items and associated customer orders from Oracle work though existing (in house) orders and monitor for any new orders coming into the system on a daily basis
2.
Verify 0 availability of the item in Oracle
3.
Locate the email address/phone number of the person who generated the order
4.
Reach out to the appropriate person and advise them of the discontinuation of the item, provide replacement if applicable along with part numbers, pricing and SKU for the new item.
Get customers confirmation of cancellation and (if applicable) addition of new item to the Purchase Order in writing.
5.
Make appropriate changes on the Purchase Order in Oracle
6.
Add applicable notes to the Purchase Order in Oracle
7.
Confirmation to the customer the changes have been made
8.
Upload documentation into OnBase
9.
Work above processes until all open orders for the Legacy items have been canceled.
