This position is directly responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and exemplary performance and sales in the Customs Department.
This fast-paced position includes working with multiple customers and providers on tailor-made items.
Essential job functions:
Assisting customers in ensuring that their orders prior to custom creation are accurate and correct to accommodate their needs.
Provide customers with a high level of customer service while processing their orders, follow up in regards to the orders, and resolve any issues they may experience before or after the ordering process.
Present a high level of organization in logging and processing customers' requests for quotes and following up on sales leads.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets in the specialty sales department.
Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with Customers and Vendors alike.
Process and maintain purchase order updates and tracking for all specialty sales.
Requirements:
High School Graduate
Proficient in web navigation and Microsoft Office
Highly organized, enthusiastic, and have excellent communication skills
Able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
Mathematically proficient
