Position Overview:
This entry level position is responsible for the customer experience by providing high touch support to Commercial clients by serving as a liaison between internal contacts such as Loan Ops, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.
Provides Administrative Support for 3-5 Lenders with standard portfolios within a specific market.
This position is in-office 100%.
What you will be doing:
Create and maintain credit files and post-closing financial monitoring files.
Ensure all post closing searches and required documentation is complete.
Manage and maintain the monthly tickler report.
Work with customers and lending staff to ensure the timely collection of monthly financials, borrowing bases and other documentation tickler items
Handle daily customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing.
Perform advances, transfers, payoffs and pay downs on loans.
Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues and onboard new clients.
Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing packages, data entry, tracking vendor invoices and gathering information to resolve issues or complete projects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent administrative and clerical skills.
Computer proficiency to use and interact with various departments
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
Must be detail oriented, able to work on multiple tasks concurrently, and have the ability to prioritize tasks consistently throughout each day
Not necessary but knowledge and understanding of various loan documents, banking processing standards, best practices and audit control procedures is a plus
