Front Office Coordinator/Physical Therapy Aide

At Doctors of Physical Therapy our Front Office Coordinators/Physical Therapy Techs are the glue of our clinics.
We are looking for a part time Front Office Coordinator/Physical Therapy Tech to uphold our excellent customer service and contribute to the patient experience, and also support our therapists as technician.

Responsibilities include: Greet patients Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
Answering phones Patient registration/data entry Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties Collecting copay's and patient balances Patient scheduling-Schedule Management Patient Care assistance under the supervision of a physical therapist Assist with cleaning and sanitizing before and after patients Ideal qualifications: Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Insurance benefits - is a plus Medical Office experience - is a plus Problem solving skills Reliable Flexible to change with clinic needs Associate degree or higher or equivalent work experience Must be available to work Monday through Friday and some evenings.
Clinic hours vary.
Some days can start at 7am, and some evenings can end at 6pm.
