Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor - Answer incoming calls - Schedule appointments - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Light cleaning such as laundry, sweeping, etc Skills: - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Proficient in Vagaro is a plus but not required - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Familiarity with salon & spa scheduling is a plus but not mandatory - Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.
