Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly - Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales Experience: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques - Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, including wines, spirits, and beers - Ability to handle multiple drink orders at once while maintaining accuracy and efficiency - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions - Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Skills: - Food handling: Knowledge of proper food safety procedures when handling garnishes or preparing food items that accompany drinks.
