) - Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times - Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children - Communicate effectively with mom regarding activities and any concerns that may arise Skills: - Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying (preferred) - Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures for children (preferred) - Ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents - Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and older children - Understanding of age-appropriate developmental milestones and activities - Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in handling various situations that may arise during childcare - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
