Daycare Assistant Teacher

```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare center - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through interactive and educational activities - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or updates - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare center ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with classroom management techniques - Ability to provide a caring and supportive environment for children - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - First aid certification is preferred - A degree in early childhood education or a related field is a plus If you are passionate about working with children and creating a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you.
