Culture of Care
The ELCD program at OHU is known for its closely-knit teams who often work together for years at a time! The team members join their shared love of educating young children towards creating a warm and positive working environment.

What you would be doing:
Maintaining Early/Head Start program record keeping systems including paper files and electronic data record system (ChildPlus) in accordance with program and funder requirements
Collaborating with Head Start content area managers and Family Support Specialists to ensure the accuracy and reliability of program data by reviewing and editing program electronic database as needed
Adhering to program and funder required timelines for ensuring that documents and data are entered on a timely basis.
Support program in remaining compliant with participant and program data as outlined by the Funder requirements
Assisting with ongoing monitoring of electronic database to ensure accuracy of annual Head Start Program Information Report (PIR)
Generating content area related, time sensitive reports as needed
Participating in Head Start Funder data related trainings as needed

What we will expect of you:
Education
High School Diploma required
Associate's Degree preferred
Experience
One to two years administrative experience required
Familiarity with ChildPlus preferred
