Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Case Manager Clerical Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the case management team, including managing correspondence, answering phones, and responding to inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
Client Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Scheduling: Coordinate client appointments and meetings for case managers, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient use of resources.
Communication: Facilitate communication between clients, case managers, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth progress of client cases.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation and processing of case-related documentation, such as intake forms, assessments, and progress reports.
Data Entry: Enter client information and updates into databases and electronic systems with a high level of accuracy.
Resource Referral: Provide information and referrals to clients regarding support services, community resources, and other relevant programs.
Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to support the overall goals and objectives of the case management department.
