This role will lease apartments at Fox Crest Apartments, a 245-Unit property located in Waukegan, IL with a great day-time schedule and rotating Saturdays.

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home.

Previous apartment leasing experience is always a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right personality! If you are looking to transition from: serving tables, bartending, hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate, or sales, this could be the stepping stone needed to launch a long-term career in property management.
What we are offering:
-Hourly pay starting up to $16, depending on experience
-EXCELLENT COMMISSION POTENTIAL (Up to $75 per new lease)

Skills That Will Drive Your Success:
-Driver's license and reliable transportation required for this position
-Strong computer skills (experience with Yardi preferred)
-Skilled problem solving
-Excellent communication skills
Essential Responsibilities:
-Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
-Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
-Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while -touring prospects
-Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
