AUTO BODY ESTIMATOR (RACINE, WI)

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Body Shop Estimator / Production Manager.
The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills and the willingness to learn about the inner workings of our repair shop.
Our Estimator / Production Manager must work independently, drive safely and contribute to our professional success.
Responsibilities: Write estimates Communicate effectively with insurance companies and customers Have knowledge in estimating programs and computers (CCC experience preferred) Be able to effectively manage work flow / scheduling Able to keep customers up to date on how their repairs are coming along Answer phones This is not an all inclusive list, but does give a good idea of expectations for this position.
