Position Description:
Are you a motivated student ready to learn how technology works to support an entire business? If so, our IT department is looking for your ambition to support our organization!
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will be working as part of the Administration/Operations team to:
Complete account management processing for global Windows Active Directory domain.
Participate in and provided administrative support for various application and hardware migration projects.
Support the Windows printing environment,
Evaluate opportunities and assist in developing strategies for process improvement via automation and scripting.
Provide supplemental assistance to Information Services Resource Center.
Provide administrative support to other global IT team members and groups
Monitor the IT help desk system and serve as the first tier for processing administrative requests.
Must be able to perform in a minimally guided environment along with the ability to understand and balance changing priorities.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem solving skills and ability to develop adaptive, creative solutions for difficult problems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and PowerShell technologies
Ability to work 25-30 hours during the academic year and full-time during holiday and semester breaks.

Education Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year program working towards BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline
