*Position Title:* Social Worker *Reporting Relationship: *ORR Director *Position Summary* The Social Worker will be responsible for all daily operation and administrative tasks for those contracts, serving as a key point of contact for customers in resolving issues, conducting research when assigned by the Director.
Provides general, administrative, and technical support for assigned contracts to include filing, creating and/or maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality for daily business decisions and operational functions.
*RESPONSIBILITIES* The Social Worker will perform duties including, but not limited to: * Coordinate with on staff shelter POCs for ensuring that UAC are able to meet with Remote Case Managers.
* Work in conjunction with Data Entry Specialists and Remote Case Managers to obtain additional information regarding cases * Perform liaison functions with members of the corporate TPG staff to support on-site personnel * Perform administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, emailing, creating memos, reports or other as needed requests.
* Track and maintain case information in conjunction with Case Manager * Assist in purchasing or procuring additional services needed to support on site shelter operation.
* Organized, works with a sense of urgency and is a deadline-driven self-started capable of juggling multiple priorities at once and executing each to completion despite obstacles.
* Proficiency to easily listen to verbal communication and transcribe and translate that information in to clear written error-free communication.
* Demonstrated ability to service a diverse group of clients, to include refugees or other minority families * Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality.
* Proven experience and high level of comfortability operating technology and learning new software applications.
* Performs other duties as requested.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* * Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent experience in a professional setting required.
* Two to three years’ government contracting, administrative and customer service experience.
* Results-oriented with demonstrated experience in strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing environments.
* Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required * Stellar written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a clear, timely and effective manner.
* Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
