* You will manage the change order process required to address unforeseen conditions, differing site conditions, design deficiencies, etc.
* You will review construction project parameters (e.

, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communication, procurement, risk management) to recommend changes that will improve the overall project results.
* You will negotiate design modifications with representatives to verify operational agreements satisfy the interests of facilities programs and projects.
