Reservation Specialist & Administrative Assistant for Pet Resort, Dog Daycare, & Boarding Kennel
We are GROWING and are in need of EXCEPTIONAL pet lovers to join our top-notch team working at Cedar Dale Pet Resort in Genoa City/Lake Geneva, a professional full-service pet care facility.
We are currently seeking candidates to fill an administrative role to support our General Manger.
This position would include- reception and front desk work including booking reservations, checking clients in and out, offering services to clients, assisting with marketing- both online and in person at events both in and out of the resort, giving tours of the resort to potential clients, and more.
This position WILL REQUIRE DOG HANDLING ON OCCASION, CLEANING, AND WORKING OUTSIDE IN THE ELEMENTS AS WELL.

Basically, we need a multitasking jack of all trades! Experience within the animal industry is a plus but is not necessary as we are opening to training the right individual(s).
We are seeking at least 2 people to fill this position.
Employees will start as part time hours for training with the option for more hours as the individual is able to work independently.
This position has the potential to become full time.
*Attention to detail is a must.
Reliability and great communication skills are ESSENTIAL.
Must work well with a team.
All positions here at the resort require working both inside and outside.

Our morning shift runs from 6:45am to 11:00am and our afternoon/evening shift runs from 2:45pm to 6:00pm.
\*\*\*Please do not apply if you cannot work during those shift times as our shift schedule is non-negotiable\*\*\* *ALL employees MUST be able to work weekends and holidays.
*We are our busiest when everyone goes on vacation our out of town to see family, so we need "all hands on deck" during peak & holidays seasons- it's just the nature of the industry as a whole.
Must have reliable transportation, as the team relies on you to be here and so do the pups.
Starting salary is $12-$15/hr.
Reviews are given at 30 and 90 days.
