* Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
* Evaluates treatment outcomes for effectiveness.
Services are modified in relation to patient evaluation and referrals are made in relation to outcomes.
* Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the speech disorders.
* Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
* Documents all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintains patient records according to company policy.

Positions Available: Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP - Part time & Full Time Speech-Language Pathology CF-SLP - Part time & Full Time Occupational Therapist OT Developmental Therapist DT - Part time & Full Time Physical Therapists PT - Part time & Full Time Speech Therapist Supervisor - Part time & Full Time 5+ Client caseload and Supervisory Duties.
Speech Therapist Mentor with Pediatric experience for CCC-SLPs Occupational Therapist Mentor with Pediatric experience Physical Therapist Mentor with Pediatric experience Supervisors & Mentors may choose a caseload of any size from 5 to 60 active clients.
Full time Clinical Fellows are encouraged to carry a caseload of 35 clients.
CFs will begin with a caseload of 5-10 clients their first week, and will increase gradually as the therapist becomes more comfortable and confident with the service delivery model.
This is determined on a case-by-case basis to accommodate each therapist individually, generally reaching a full caseload within 30 days.
Supervisors and Mentors spend a minimum of 30 minutes weekly with each supervisee in addition to a monthly shadowing session with written feedback.
Additional mentorship as needed and determined by the mentor/supervisor.
Fully licensed clinicians receive 3 months of mentorship.
Clinical fellows receive mentorship until receiving their CCCs.
*Therapist Position Openings – Immediate Hire – Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Developmental Therapist – Early Intervention Credential preferred, but not required to apply.
