Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you’ll handle everything from contracts and vendor relationships to coordinating events and managing project plans.

Position Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.
Provide prompt and accurate direction to contractors, employees and vendors over phone and email.
Maintain relationships with vendors and outside contractors, including handling contracts and filing Certifications of Insurance (COI).
Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.
Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in facilities, construction or building trades.
Previous administrative experience including use of Microsoft Office products.
