Administrative Assistant - Merchandising Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Are you meticulous with superior organizational skills? Then Uline is looking for you to join our corporate Merchandising team as an Administrative Assistant.
Support management and staff as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

Position Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Director of Product Management.
Complete daily clerical tasks like reporting, correspondence and preparing presentations.
Assist with the new product development process including proposals for new products, proofing catalog pages and the website, and assembling presentation boards.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, luncheons, travel plans and engagements.
Support product management with tracking, monitoring deadlines and following up on pending matters.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Access experience a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
