Receptionist Kenosha Branch 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144 Are you a meticulous multitasker and professional communicator? Then you belong at Uline! As a receptionist, you’ll support office operations at our Illinois Branch as we continue to grow as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Position Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, determine their purpose and forward calls to appropriate people or department.
Manage branch visitor preparations and greet incoming visitors in a professional, pleasant manner.
Process product order requests from employees.
Provide administrative assistance across departments and assist Human Resources with job candidates.
Assist with customer service calls, daily correspondences and clerical duties.
Help with café service facilitation as needed.
Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
2+ years of related receptionist experience a plus.
Experience in a corporate office preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
