Special Finance Assistant (Location 4)

*Responsibilities and Duties* * Greet customers while quickly and effectively transitioning them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
* Determine client’s financing needs based on a professional interview process.
* Present and transparent menu to clients with the finance options and products to enhance their vehicle ownership experience and protect their investment.
* Maintain good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
* Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources to secure approval through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
* Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
* Participate in dealership programs with the sales department to ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I Department.
* Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
* Work as a team to set and achieve targeted goals.
* Ensure that all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy.
*Qualifications* * Previous finance experience (preferably in the automotive industry) * Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, achieve targeted goals, and maintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and the sales department.
* Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
* Maintains a professional work appearance and work ethic.
* Able to work in a fast-paced team-focused environment.
